The returned of goods/products will be verified with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping package as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail/phone, within an acceptable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defective. Refund on cash is not available. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product to you as soon as possible.
